Chris Key Note Talk - 3D Seismic Symposi

JULIE SHEMETA

Julie Shemeta (MS Geophysics University of Utah, BS Geology, University of Washington) is the founder and president of MEQ Geo and brings a global perspective and broad commercial microseismic experience to the company. She has worked on both surface, buried array and borehole microseismic projects in unconventional oil and gas resources in North America, Australia, Argentina, Mexico, Columbia and India. Prior to MEQ Geo, Julie worked for a major service provider in borehole microseismic services, the geothermal industry and offshore US oil and gas exploration. Her career has focused on seismicity related oil and gas and geothermal energy development. Julie shares an inventor's patent on stacked receivers for microseismic monitoring.
